Germán Valenzuela Basterrica was the director of the dentistry school, who after study medicine was sent by the government to Paris to specialize in dentistry. Where this country was shaken for a diplomatic problem: "the Beckert crime", which was solved thanks to Doctor Germán Valenzuela when he checked the teeth and found that they did not have the treatments that Beckert had received, in fact, the dead man's teeth were healthy. Solving this crime made it possible to reposition the Nation's name in the international level. After this, Doctor Germán Valenzuela received his dental degree and in Chile he was appointed as director of the dental school of Chile. This fact is considered as the first step of contemporary dentistry in our country. I admire him because by solving this famous crime, in addition to becoming director, he asked to build a building for the dental school and demonstrated the importance of dentistry in legal investigations.

My favorite meal is pasta in alfredo sauce. This is a dish of Italian origin, which consists of a fettuccine pasta with a sauce made of butter and parmesan cheese. To make this food dish you have to cook the pasta in boiling water, then in a saucepan over medium heat you add the butter and cream, these we cook them until they are fully integrated and thicken a little, finally add parmesan cheese, stir until they have melted and add the chopped ham to the sauce. I am a big fan in general of all pastas, as they have a delicious flavor, for the great variety that exists and for how easy it is to cook them, but pasta in alfredo sauce is my favorite for the sauce, as it has cheese and cream. This food dish provides a high energy yield, so it is very good for people who perform high physical activity and generates nutritional benefits for intellectual performance, since it is nourished by glucose, which is found in carbohydrates and, therefore, in pasta.
